What happened to my energy?
Is it just me or do you guys feel like somewhere between high school and college, you started losing energy? I usually get decent sleep, but some days I still feel exausted. It's annoying to always want a nap. I never used to take naps. I'm only 24. That's not that old! If only there was a vitamen I could to suddenly feel energetic all day. That would be great.

I'm with ya, honey...unfortunately the only "vitamin" i have found is called caffeine!
I love caffeine! I'm wahat you might call an "addict." But seriously, if you actually think about how active you were in high school, you'll probably cry. Actually, though, it's because you were so active that you had more energy. Back when I was jogging (before the ol' knee decided to be mean and it got 100 degrees out) I had more energy and was actually in a better mood. I needed less sleep! When I stopped, I slept more and was more lethargic. I guess the morale of the story is excercise helps with the energy....now if only I could work that into my schedule more............
Well.. I think that "we" don't get as much sleep as we need. P.S. The sleep before midnight is more valuable, for whatever that's worth.
